The role & candidate we hired for the client:
They were looking for a Human Resource Executive, who would be primarily responsible for the execution of an internal employee engagement program. Further collaborating with other teams throughout the organization to drive awareness and engagement through existing as well as new initiatives. Plans and execute budgets and proposals, and creative design to increase employee engagement and sustain the organization's culture. For this, Remotely onboarded Tanish Bansal.
Now their HR Executive, Tanish does the following tasks:
- Carry out company events and engagement activities (including - but not limited to onboarding, training, reward & recognition) successfully.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned tasks.
- Support and maintain employee engagement programs and initiatives in line with organizational goals and culture.
- Research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as SPOC on specific segments of employee engagement and communications programs.
- Responsible for the communication of all employee engagement activities.
- In collaboration with the design and Marketing Department, carry out regular employee engagement communication.
- Build and manage event calendars and budgets.
- Plan and execute CSR activities.
- Collaborate in building engagement within the cross-functional teams.
- Execute rewards and recognition program.
The salary that the candidate was hired at:
Tanish now works full-time in the client time zone for $850 per month.
The candidate’s background before being hired:
Before hiring via Remotely, Tanish had 2 years of relevant experience in HR (Talent management). He had very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally interact with the staff at all levels. He was self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
